SpeechGeneration AI provides text-to-speech generation services using artificial intelligence. The service allows users to convert written text into audio content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate content that impersonates real individuals without consent
• Create misleading or deceptive audio content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text content you submit. Generated audio content is licensed to you for your use according to your subscription plan.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpeechGeneration AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
