Generate MP3 files with SpeechGeneration AI (one per slide), then in PowerPoint go to Insert > Audio > Audio on My PC. Select your MP3 file, then set it to play automatically in the Playback tab. Repeat for each slide. Your presentation will now auto-narrate.
Yes. First upload your MP3 files to Google Drive. Then in Google Slides, go to Insert > Audio and select the file from Drive. You can set it to auto-play when the slide appears and adjust volume. This works for both presenter mode and shared presentations.
Yes. In Keynote, go to Insert > Choose (or drag your MP3 onto the slide). Click the audio icon, then in the Format panel set it to play automatically. Keynote supports MP3 and WAV formats, both of which SpeechGeneration AI exports.
Yes. Upload your MP3 to Canva via the Uploads tab, then drag it onto the relevant slide. Canva will play the audio when that slide is shown. This works for both Canva presentations and Canva videos.
Generate audio for each slide separately. This gives you precise control over timing. In PowerPoint, set each slide's duration to match the audio length. In Google Slides, use auto-advance timing. Most presentation tools show audio duration once inserted.
Studio tier (1x multiplier) is recommended for most presentations - training, education, and internal decks. Studio+ (2x) is ideal for sales decks and executive presentations where emotional delivery matters. Economy (0.1x) works for internal drafts and quick reviews.

A typical 10-slide presentation uses about 4,000 characters. With the $5/month Starter plan (60k chars), you can narrate 15 full presentations with Studio voices per month. Economy tier stretches that to 150+ presentations. Compare to hiring a voice actor at $100-300 per presentation.
Yes. All new users get 10,000 characters free with no credit card required. That's enough to narrate 2-3 full slide decks. Test all three voice tiers to find what works best for your presentations before committing to a plan.
Yes. Simply update the text for the changed slides and regenerate. You only need to regenerate audio for the slides that changed, not the entire deck. This is a major advantage over recording yourself - no need to re-record the whole presentation.
